Anna Ridler’s Mosaic Virus (2019) explores the creation of artificial images through machine learning. Crucially she generates her own data sets to expose the labour and weight of data.

A one-off event hosted by the Haunted Machines team in Osnaebruck and Utrecht. We invited Luba Elliott, Anna Ridler, Lucy Hardcastle and Sjef van Gaalen to talk about their practices and reflect on how changing image technologies are affecting their own practice and the worlds they interrogate.
